Gleann Mór Spirits Company is an independent family business established in 2013 founded by Derek Mair. The Gleann Mór Spirits Company are the creators of the award winning Firkin Gin and the unique cask aged gin range realised in 2015. With a passion for all things drink related, The Gleann Mór Spirits Company based their gin range on the unique use of Firkin casks as a method to age and infuse additional flavours to their gin.
Because there are only around 250 bottles created in each single-cask batch, the Gleann Mór Spirits team can give the proper care and attention needed to turn every bottle into something quite brilliant. True to their vision, bottles are all individually filled, corked, sealed and labelled by hand with each batch having its own completely unique character.
The incredibly smooth and flavoursome award-winning London Dry Gin used to create the Firkin Cask Aged Gin series. Quadruple distilled using 10 of the finest botanicals, which are a line up of juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, lemon peel, orange peel, cassia bark, liquorice, ground nutmeg, cinnamon bark and orris root. Using the Gleann Mór Spirits Company recipe, this is the Firkin Gin you know and love, but no ageing and no casks. Just the signature recipe gin in all its glory.

The first in the Gleann Mór Spirits Company geographical range of gins. The port of Leith has a spirited history of importing and producing gin, dating back to the 1700s.
