Loch Lomond is an area home to red deer and oak woodlands and neighbours with the Strathleven Distillery, where they believe in breaking boundaries and creating high quality spirits. In a bespoke copper still, designed to their own unique specification, the Strathleven team craft spirits to higher strengths and finer cuts than have ever been achieved using traditional methods.
What goes up must come down and in contrast to the copper still, the distillery has its own chill filtration system that reduces the temperature to minus 15 degrees. At this temperature, the spirit is viscous when it passes through the secret filters. They capture and discard all but the crystal clear and purest of spirit.
When the owners roll up their sleeves and fire up the still, you can be assured that they are not going to be satisfied with anything less than perfection. Distilled at Strathleven means taking the finest spirits and exploring new frontiers.
