Launched by Irish actress Caitriona Balfe as an opportunity to support the arts, Forget Me Not is a Scottish Gin with a good cause at its heart. The arts are intertwined in our daily lives; without them society and life would be many shades greyer. Visual, performance, literature and more, the arts and creative arts sectors have been deeply impacted by the Covid-19 Pandemic resulting in cuts to arts funding. The results are many practicing artists and performers along with graduates will now lose the financial support many desperately need to help them hone their craft.

Distilled under the watchful eye of the team at Strathearn Distillery, one of Scotland’s first new wave of craft distilleries, the gin recipe has been developed by the team at The Garden Shed Drinks Company who also managed production.
Distilled in the rural countryside of Perthshire, Forget Me Not Botanical Gin is distilled with a number of botanicals that have been carefully selected to create a Scottish Gin that balances hints of citrus and floral. The gin features a selection of traditional gin botanicals including juniper, coriander seed, liquorice root, angelica, rosehip, elderflower, lavender and orange peel. With the addition of beetroot, coconut and Forget Me Not flowers, the result is a well balanced gin that has notes of floral and juniper on the nose, juniper on initial taste before transitioning to earthy notes, citrus and floral with a slightly sweet but dry finish.
