Find your perfect gin

Old Poison is a Scottish speakeasy craft distillery in the heart of Edinburgh and founded by mixologist Fabrizio Ciof. The distillery uses a traditional copper pot 30L gin still named ‘Aurora’ using traditional distillation methods. Their approach to gin making is one of tradition, craft and small batch bottled and labelled by hand at the distillery.

With an experimental approach to distillation, the Old Poison Distillery also produces their own cocktail bitters including smoked cold brew coffee bitters, made with locally ground coffee and smoked with peat from the Island of Islay.

Selkie London Dry Gin

Selkie London Dry Gin is distilled from 100% neutral grain spirit in the heart of Edinburgh that was created as a result of a sustained and intensive period of experimentation and refinement. A small batch gin handcrafted using the finest fresh citrus fruits, herbs and spices. The gin takes it’s name from the Orkney legend of the Selkie, an alluring shape-shifting creature said to take the form of a seal in water and the form of human on dry land. It’s said once seen, a Selkie can leave you lovesick forever.
