This deconstructed ginger and rhubarb gin and tonic consists of a stick of rhubarb, a grating of fresh ginger, a good quality Scottish Gin, tonic and ice. For the Scottish Gin, we opted for the Inshriach 43% Original Gin. We paired it with Inginius’ Tailored Tonic Classic, created specifically for dry gins.
