A simple champagne gin cocktail with a sweet twist, created by The Gin Cooperative for World Cocktail Day 2018. Simple to make, anything but simple to taste. If you love gin and love bubbles, this has to be tried. With it’s clean, fresh taste we chose Caorunn as the Scottish Gin.
These measures are a guide only and can be tailored to suit your own personal taste.
Mix the gin, honey and lemon juice in a small jug. Pour the mixture into a chilled coupe glass and top up with the chilled champagne.
