Our fruity sweet and sour serving suggestion combines cherries and grapefruit. Cut a generous grapefruit slice into chunks. Place the grapefruit and four stoned cherries into a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler, crush the grapefruit and cherries to release the flavour and oils. Add your Scottish Gin of choice – we went with Thompson Bros Organic Highland Gin from Dornoch Distillery – and stir. Pour into a highball glass. Add ice and top up with tonic water – we went with Luscombe Devon Tonic Water. Finally, finish with a cherry garnish!
