This Gin & Tonic requires a little bit of muddling but it’s well worth it. Each serving requires a handful of frozen blackberries, a squeeze of lemon, a drop of honey and two juniper berries. A gentle muddling will suffice then pour the contents into your ice and gin filled glasses and top up with tonic. We used Drovers Gin from The Wee Farm Distillery and Cushiedoos Tonic Water.
